The Pantone Matching System (PMS) is used in the Printing and Graphic industries as a tool for colour reference.

Wecaution our Distributors that it is not possible to achieve exact PMS colour matches with ceramic inks due to the organic nature of the ink.

We will strive to come as close as possible to colours requested with your PMS reference however we will not guarantee a colour match.

Custom colour mixing is available for $50(g) subject to the limitations of using the PMS colour reference system as a guideline only. Please note that this is not a colour matching service and we suggest a pre-production sample for any custom colour selection.

Die Storage – To prevent degradation, we discard all magnesium dies two years following their last use. Re-orders placed after this time will incur new die charges.

AD Block Paper Cubes


AD-Block paper cubes are available in various sizes with full, half, third and quarter cube height options. Decoration is by screen print using individual spot colours. Some full colour process artwork may require extra prints to achieve the best results. We recommend contacting your Account Representative to arrange for artwork evaluation and an accurate quote for your order.

Paper cube prices include one colour screenprint decoration in the product price. Top Sheet printing is available on larger quantities only. Pricing refers to the same decoration on all four sides of the cube. Different logos and decorations will result in additional imprint charges. Imprints on the glued side of the cube may show slight variances. Each paper cube is individually shrink wrapped. Please refer to specific product descriptions for further details and additional imprint charges.

All orders are subject to credit review and are not binding until confirmed by DezineCorp in writing.

Quotations
Quotations are available for above catalogue quantities.  Email requests to quotes@dezinecorp.com.  All quotations will be provided in writing and include a Quotation Number.  Please refer to your Quotation Number when submitting your subsequent order.


Artwork Requirements
Vector-based files allowing colour separation are required, (note: bitmap or raster (Photoshop) files do not permit colour separation)

Type must be converted to lines & curves.  Adobe Illustrator CS3 or Corel Draw 13 (cdr or pdf) preferred.

Drinkware and spot colour Ad Block paper cubes are screened at 55 dpi.  Four colour process separations on Ad Block paper cubes are screened at 100 dpi

An Artwork Re-Creation Charge $50(g) applies if we need to convert or re-create your non-vector-based artwork

Imprints are always registered for visual alignment against one axis (flat surface).  Due to the crafted nature of many of our products, imprints may sometimes appear to be crooked when compared to two or more axis on a product with a curved surface.  A 1/16th inch variance is considered acceptable in our industry.


Purchase Order Requirements
Who / What / When / Where / How – answer these questions upfront and we’ll be able to produce it faster!

Who? - Company name / address / contact / telephone #

What? - Product # / Colour / Quantity / Decoration type / Imprint Location / Imprint Colour (PMS colour may be provided as a reference only) / Imprint Size

When? - In-hand Date requested, let us know if there is a special event date

Where? - Full ship-to address, availability of loading dock, commercial or residential area (note – PO Box addresses not accepted)

How? - Our Bestway option or your carrier (must provide carrier name, courier account number and the name & address of the account number owner)


Order Confirmation & Production Time
We must have both purchase order and artwork before processing the order.  Within 24 hours you will receive an order acknowledgement and a paper proof.  Production will start once we have your signed order confirmation and paper proof approval.  If any changes are made subsequently and a new proof is required, a Paper Proof Change charge of $20(g) will apply.

Standard Service (10 days) – applies to orders for single colours, catalogue quantities, production-ready artwork and credit approval

Rush Service – available on a case by case basis, charge of $50(g) applies

Inventory – Occasionally demand may exceed available supply.  In these situations your Account Representative will inform you of the approximate availability date and where possible will suggest an alternate product.

Order Accuracy - The Distributor is responsible for the accuracy of each order.  Please check all details carefully.  Changes after your initial approval may result in delays and additional charges.

Over/Under Runs – Every effort is made to ship the exact quantities ordered.  Due to the nature of our products and our stringent quality review process, at times we may incur over/under runs.  We reserve the right to ship and invoice a 5% variance in final shipped quantities, plus or minus.  Exact quantity is an option available at a charge of $50(g).

Samples
Samples are available for the exclusive use of the Distributor and are not for resale.  All shipping expenses are the Distributor’s responsibility.  The following guidelines apply:

Sample Requests – contact your Account Representative or email your request to orders@dezinecorp.com.  Sample Requests must include a freight carrier name, freight account number and the freight account holders’ full name and address.  If none is specified, we will ship at our discretion and invoice accordingly.

Blank Non-Decorated Samples - available at EQP in quantities of 1 to 3 pieces (unless specified in the product description)

Random Decorated Samples – available at EQP less 25% in reasonable quantities only.  Some random samples available at no charge, speak with your Account Representative.

Pre-Production Samples (Decal)$160(g) setup charge per decal plus product cost.  A Pre-Production sample will be provided at no charge for confirmed orders over $2,000 net.

Pre-Production Samples (Non-Decal) - $60(g) setup charge per colour for all decorating methods except decal plus product cost.  A Pre-Production sample will be provided at no charge for confirmed orders over $2,000 net.

Sample Return: Blank Non-Decorated samples and Random Decorated Samples may be returned in good condition for credit (excluding shipment charges) within 30 days of the invoicing date.

Spec Samples$60(g) setup charge per colour plus product cost

Pricing
Most products prices include a single decoration.

Additional decoration charges vary by product and are included with each product description.

All catalogue prices are in $CDN and F.O.B. Mississauga Ontario Canada.  Taxes and shipping charges are extra. 


Please refer to our website at www.dezinecorp.com for current pricing.  Catalogue prices are subject to change without notice due to variations in material costs, world events and currency fluctuations.  In case of a discrepancy, website pricing will prevail.

Blank Non-Decorated Product:  Available on certain products only at EQP (refer to individual product descriptions for additional details).  No minimums apply but orders must be in case lot quantities for all drinkware products.

Change of Copy: $50(g) per change.  Minimum per change is half the catalogue minimum order quantity.

Change of Ink Colour: $50(g) per change.  Minimum per change is half the catalogue minimum order quantity.

Less Than Minimum Quantity: $50(g) applies; absolute minimum is half of the catalogue minimum order quantity.  Refer to individual product specifications for details.

Repeat Orders:  Refer to specific decorating types for charges.  No charge for repeat setups on any order of $1,000 before freight and taxes.

Personalization

  • Personalization is an option at a charge of $6(g) per name, up to 2.5 inches in length and 28 point font size
  •  Available only on drinkware products where decal decoration is an option
  • Minimum quantity is 72 names, otherwise a Less than Minimum Charge $50(g) applies
  • A list of the individual names on a Word or Excel document is required; otherwise an Artwork Charge of $50(g) applies. 
  • Personalization Setup Charge $50(g) / Repeat Setup Charge-Personalization $25(g) – within 12 months of previous order only.  No charge for repeat setup on orders over $1,000 before freight and taxes.
Larger Sized Personalized Decals:  $1(g) per additional inch in length (note:  if increase is less than one inch the charge for a full inch applies)

     
Self Promotion
  • Available on most regular priced products at rate of EQP less 25%
  • Order must be decorated with the Distributors’ logo only
  • Minimums apply and drinkware products must be ordered in case lot quantities.
  • Contact your Account Representative for details.
Order Cancellation  
Orders cannot be cancelled without approval.  Requests must be received in writing.  Distributors will be invoiced all costs up to the date of cancellation with a minimum charge of $125(g) per product.

Packaging
To avoid breakage, ceramics, glass and crystal must be purchased in full case lots as indicated with product description.

DezineCorp provides complimentary protective packaging (PPK) on certain premium ceramic, glass and crystal products as indicated in the product descriptions.  For all others PPK is provided at a charge of $5(g) per carton.  If you decline the use of PPK, it is understood that DezineCorp will not be held responsible for breakage claims.  The minimum order required to replace breakage is 36 units.


Shipping
DezineCorp endeavours to ship every order as per the shipping date on the Order Acknowledgement.

Unless otherwise requested, DezineCorp will ship via Bestway - the most economical method using our Preferred Carriers based on your delivery requirements.


Collect / Third Party Arrangements:  DezineCorp is not responsible for claims when orders are shipped using the Distributor’s or the End-Customer’s freight account and carrier.  You must provide the legal name and business address of the owner of any freight account provided.  A service charge may be required to arrange delivery with any carrier other than our Preferred Carriers.

Drop Ship:  Split shipments may be requested.  Drop shipment labels must be provided and a $20(g) charge per location, per carton applies.

Pickup:  A minimum of 24 hours is required to arrange pickup for any order at our warehouse.  Contact your Account Representative for details.  Orders will not be released without an approved Pickup number.

Shipping Changes: $50(g) charge will apply after an order has been staged for shipment.

Skid Delivery: Delivery by skid/pallet may be arranged and is recommended for fragile items.  A loading dock must be available at the ship-to location.  Any additional service charges incurred during the delivery will be invoiced to the Distributor including:
  • Hand Bomb Charges:  A minimum of $75(g) will apply.
  • Pallet Charge$20(g) per skid shipped
  • Residential Pallet Delivery: A minimum of $125(g) will apply.
  • Tail Gate$75(g)
Title to the goods passes to the buyer upon release to the carrier.  Claims for breakage or delays in transit must be filed with the carrier within 7 days of receipt.

DezineCorp assumes no responsibility for delays due to strike or work actions by any carrier, weather, customs processing, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Please inspect your order upon delivery.  Any issues must be brought to the attention of your Account Representative within 7 days of receipt.


Returns
Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number (RA#).  Returns are subject to pre-approval, and requests for credit will not be processed without an RA#.   Any credit issued will be recorded to the distributors’ account and may be applied to future orders. 

Terms
Payment terms are determined on a per order basis at the discretion of DezineCorp Inc’s Credit Department.
  • Terms are Net 30 days from the shipping date on approved accounts.
  • Deposits for each order will be required where an approved credit limit has not been established, or where an approved credit limit is exceed
  • Orders for all new accounts must prepaid by credit card or certified cheque prior to shipping
  • Orders less than $200 (excluding freight/taxes) must be prepaid by a credit card
  • Visa and MasterCard payments are accepted to a maximum of $2,500 per order.  Wire transfers are accepted and preferred.
  • NSF cheque payments are subject to a $40 penalty charge
Product Quality
Minor variances and imperfections may occur in drinkware due to manufacturing processes for ceramics and glass.  For instance, in ceramics there may be tiny pin holes and slight differences in the glaze.  In glassware uneven weight distribution in the base and unevenness on the rim may affect some pieces.

Leather is a natural material and colour and texture will vary from one lot to the next.  Any surface markings, such as shading and scratches, are not defects but part of the characteristics of genuine leather.

The above are considered acceptable as per industry standards are not deemed cause for return.


Product Care
  • All drinkware should be hand washed with mild detergent prior to first use
  • To reduce facing and ensure longer imprint life it is suggested that harsh abrasives, detergents and commercial dishwashers be avoided
  • Hand washing with mild soap is recommended
  • DezineCorp does not guarantee colour fastness of imprints
  • To extend the life and appearance of acrylic, dishwashing should be avoided
  • Insulated tumblers, including drinkware with paper inserts, are not dishwasher and microwave safe.  Please advise your customers accordingly
  • Metallic glazes and imprints are not microwave safe.  Please advise your customers accordingly

Logos shown are used to illustrate imprint capabilities and scale and do not constitute endorsement of any particular product or company.

Props are used in catalogue photos for illustrative purposes and are not included with products unless otherwise noted.

Refills for writing pads and inserts are available for most business note books and may be included in the price as indicated.


Trademark & Copyright
By submitting your order and artwork, the Distributor acknowledges that the use and display of the artwork/logo does not violate any laws or client restrictions.  DezineCorp therefore assumes they are then authorized to use trademarks for reproduction.   Distributors hereby agree to defend and hold DezineCorp free from all claims.

Use of any DezineCorp marketing materials, photographs, product samples and website for purposes other than the promotion and sale of DezineCorp products is not permitted without our consent in writing.

DezineCorp reserves the right to correct typographic, illustrative or pricing errors in our catalogue by posting corrections on our website at www.dezinecorp.com.
